Orders & Payment

  • Payment is required at the time of purchase

Custom Orders

  • Custom and personalized magnets are made to order and cannot be canceled once production begins
  • You are responsible for ensuring all custom text, images, and designs are accurate before submitting your order
  • We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided content

Shipping & Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs
  • Free local pickup is available
  • Processing time is 10-15 business days before shipping
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers

Returns & Refunds

  • Custom/personalized items are final sale
  • Non-customized items may be returned within 14 days (customer pays return shipping)

Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of any images or designs you provide
  • By submitting content, you grant us permission to reproduce it on your magnets
  • You confirm you have the right to use any submitted images or designs

Limitation of Liability

  • Magnets are sold as-is for personal or business use
  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages
