Refund Policy

We want you to love your custom magnets! If you're not completely satisfied, here's our return policy:

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for non-customized items only. Custom/personalized magnets are final sale unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus the original shipping cost.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your magnets arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace them at no cost to you, including shipping.
