Why Customers Pay Shipping To keep our magnet prices as low as possible, we ask customers to cover shipping costs. This allows us to offer you the best prices on custom magnets without hidden fees built into the product cost.
Shipping Options
Local Pickup (FREE): Pick up your order at our New Hampshire location at no charge. We'll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
Domestic Shipping: We ship anywhere in the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Processing Time All magnets are made to order. Please allow 10-15 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Your delivery address
- Selected shipping speed
Tracking You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can follow your package.
Shipping Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
